Directions to our center:
The C.A.R.E. Adoption Center address is 4190 Piper Drive, San Jose, CA 95117. We are located in the Maple Leaf Shopping Center, at the corners of Saratoga and Piper Ave, just across the street from Helm of Sun Valley in San Jose.
Directions from southbound on Hwy 280: exit at Saratoga Ave Exit, south (right at the top of the offramp). Follow Saratoga south until you reach Williams. We will be just past Williams on the left hand side.
Directions from northbound on Hwy 280: exit at Saratoga Ave, south (second off ramp that cloverleafs) Follow Saratoga south until you reach Williams. We will be just past Williams on the left hand side.
